Today was a very busy day so we made our fake hair search brief, however we were able to find some fake hair at the RiteAid in Manchester, Me.
This is not actually the RiteAid in Manchester, Me. We forgot to take a picture of the outside. This picture does however give a rough impression of what sort of fake hair might be found within.
We were very excited to find fake hair in the hair and hair accessory aisle instead of the toy section. This is serious fake hair; not for play time.
As you can see there were three options of fake hair at the Riteaid: blonde, light brown and dark brown. The price was $9.99 plus Maine sales tax. All three options were curly hair attached to a hair elastic. Personally, we found the quality of the synthetic hair to be lackluster. They appeared to tangle quite easily.
Although this is serious fake hair, we would not recommend its use for anyone but old women and teens who work at the supermarket.
