Today we mark the first entry of what will be many about fake hair on the interweb and extensions.com. Extensions.com is a webiste that has an extremely large selection of upper-level fake hair products. Today we will be examining one specific product: The Clip-In Color extension.
The Clip-In Color fake hair is 16 inches long, and comes in a variety of colors, including pink (shown above), blue, red, purple, black, blonde and more intricate colors like golden blonde with a hint of red. Now, these extension can be assumed to be of a high quality because they are made out of real human hair. Though that does give these extensions a little bit more of an ick-factor (it’s a little creepy to be wearing someone else’s hair) it does mean that they won’t have quite the same problems that synthetic fake hair has.
The photo on extensions.com gives an accurate example of the type of person that would be most interested in these hair extensions:
AKA, girls that still shop at Hot Topic, emo girls, etc. Some more examples of girls that might be wearing these hair extensions:
This girl from a google image search for “emo girls with fake hair” is probably wearing fake hair from extensions.com.
This girl is also probably wearing fake hair.
I could not find any pictures on the internet, but you might remember that Gwen Stefani had similar hair styles way back in the day, like in the Ex-Girlfriend and Go videos.
Clip-On Color fake hair costs $7.92 or something from extensions.com. They are generally not recommended unless you want to look like an emo idiot.
