It recently came to my attention that there is an entire episode of “Frasier” dedicated to the humor of bad fake hair. The flimsy plot line of the episode, entitled “Crock Tales,” involves a series of flashbacks revolving around a cheese crock. In reality, however, its all just an excuse for the cast members to display a series of bad wigs loosely representing their past styles. Given the high production values of this sitcom, and the obvious grossness of the hair, it is clear that everyone is in on the joke.
As a child of the 90s, I highly anticipated a comical recreation of these classic looks:
